RESERVATION CONDITIONS 2008

  • YOUR RESERVATION is only valid after receipt of your signed reservation contract, payment of deposit and administration fee and after you have received our confirmation letter.
  • DEPOSIT & ADMINISTRATION FEE must be paid PER reservation of a pitch or rental accommodation.
  • PAYMENTS : by credit-card.

    PITCH:
    DEPOSIT : 140€
    + ADMINISTRATION FEE : 20€ add to the deposit
    Pitches are rented from 12 noon till 10 am.
    REMAINDER has to be paid upon arrival
    An extra night will be invoiced if you depart after 10 am.

    The CHILDREN' RATE is calculated according to the age of the child on the day of arrival.

     

    RENTAL ACCOMMODATION:
    DEPOSIT per rented stay : 30%
    + ADMINISTRATION FEE : 35€ add to the deposit


    The REMAINDER to be paid at least 6 weeks before your arrival.
    In case of non-payment of the remainder 6 weeks before arrival, the heading "Cancellation" will come into effect.

    Rental accommodation are available from saturday 4 pm till saturday 10 am.

    Upon arrival you'll be asked to pay a refundable deposit of 300€.

  • Full payment of the reserved stay has to be paid in case of LATE ARRIVAL or an EARLY DEPARTURE.
  • Failure of notification of DELAYED ARRIVAL within 24 hours means a cancellation of your reservation - without any refound.

  • CANCELLATION
    before 15th May = 80% refund of deposit
    between 15/05 - 01/06 = 50% refund of deposit
    after 1st June = no refund of deposit

    Administration fees are never refunded.
    We strongly advise you to take out a cancellation insurance !

  • We urgently request you to arrive before 8 pm. Thank you !
  • Each person is obliged to observe THE CAMPSITE RULES.

    It's up to you to INSURE yourself... The site direction is not responsible in case of damage caused by extreme climatic circumstances, fire, theft or damage caused by a third party.
