SCENIC SIGHTS AND GASTRONOMIC DELIGHTS 
"Moulin du Périé" is situated along the boundaries of 3 counties which offers all kind of advantages for sightseeing trips.  To the north the Périgord with it's 1001 castles, old towns, the Dordogne river and prehistoric caves; to the east the Bouriane with it's scenic countryside and ancient villages ; to the south the valley of the river Lot with the Cahors vineyards; to the west rolling hills, fortified medieval villages and the vineyards of the Bergerac and Monbazillac wines.  And then we know all the little spots not mentioned in your tourist guide and are happy to assist you with suggestions for a special daytrip.  We have a small restaurant on the site but don't compete with the culinary skills of the local chefs.  There are numerous restaurants around with menu's and prices to make your mouth water.  Not to forget the accompaniment of local wines: the true (or not so true) gastronome will certainly find his heaven on earth.
